Performance and features:
This machine is controlled by industrial computer, it can cut upvc profile in 45°, V-notch and mullion profile, once clamping can cut four profiles.
The machine is composed by feeding unit, cutting unit and unloading unit.
High precise spindle motor connects with saw blade directly, fixed 45 degree cutting improves cutting precision and stability.
After cutting, saw blade is separated with cutting face of profile when returns which can avoid sweeping profile phenomenon.
The machine adopts bar code printer, it can print material identification in real time and realize process information identification, it’s also easy to manage the material and connect with ERP software.
The machine adopts scrap transport device, it solves accumulation and pollution of scrap and improves production environment.
