Performance characteristics:
The machine is used for milling the end of aluminum profile.
Adopt a four-axis and five-blade structure, used for milling the tenon of aluminum mullion profile.
The combination of vertical cutter and multi-piece cutters can process required end of mullion once cramping, working efficient is high.
Multi-piece profiles can be processed per clamping, efficiency of work is high.
Adopt cutter feeding type, machinery rack and frequency, it makes cutting more stable and efficient.
Equipped with guiding balance mechanism at the four corners of clamping plate, ensures the flatness of clamping and uniformity of power, avoids making the profile out of shape.
